ReelsForge provides AI-powered video generation services that allow users to:

• Create video reels from uploaded images
• Generate video content from text descriptions ("From Topic" mode)
• Add AI-generated narration and captions
• Download and share created content

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to use our Service
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

• Our Service uses a credit-based system for generating video reels
• Different subscription plans include different amounts of monthly credits
• Credits may expire and reset according to your subscription plan
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period

4.2 Subscriptions

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

4.3 Refunds

• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion for service issues
• Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the images and text you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process and transform your content to provide the Service
• Store your content temporarily during processing
• Create derivative works (the generated videos) based on your content

5.2 Generated Content

Videos generated using our Service are owned by you, subject to:

• Any third-party rights in the source materials you provided
• Our right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our Service

5.3 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload or generate content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory material
• Depicts minors in inappropriate situations
• Contains sexually explicit material or pornography
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Impersonates another person or entity

6. Prohibited Uses

• AI-generated images and videos should be clearly disclosed as such when published
• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes

• Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements may not be used without permission
• Third-party AI models and services used in our Service remain property of their respective owners

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReelsForge and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you upload or generate

11. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through account settings
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:
